EXHIBIT BOOTH INFORMATION

Exhibit Area:

Salon D
Maximum of 22 single booth exhibits (8 ft. x 10 ft.) and four single booth exhibits (10 ft. x 10 ft.)

All Booths Include:

  • Black and white exhibitor sign
  • One 6 ft. table
  • Invitation to the conference opening reception

Single Booth—$1,800 Includes:

  • One 8 ft. x 10 ft. booth, piped and draped
  • Two chairs

Double Booth—$3,200 Includes:

  • One 16 ft. x 10 ft. booth, piped and draped
  • Four chairs

Prime Booth (Yellow Booths)—$2,200 Includes:

  • One 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth, piped and draped
  • Two chairs
  • Choice of prime located booths. Available on first-come, first-served basis

Prime Booth (Pink Booths)—$2,100 Includes:

  • One 8 ft. x 10 ft. booth, piped and draped
  • Two chairs
  • Choice of prime located booths. Available on first-come, first-served basis.

 

Exhibit Restrictions:

Dismantling of booths is prohibited prior to designated breakdown time.

 

Exhibitor Eligibility:

PM Pediatrics reserves the right to determine if a product or service is suitable to be exhibited at the conference.

    • Tuesday, February 4: 12:00pm–4:00pm
    • Wednesday, February 5: 7:00am-8:00am
  • Exhibitor Hours
    • Wednesday, February 5: 8:00am–3:30pm
    • Thursday, February 6: 8:00am–3:30pm
  • Exhibit Breakdown
    • Thursday, February 6: 3:30pm–5:00pm

Each conference day will include two, 30-minute breaks for coffee and viewing the exhibits, as well as one, 60-minute lunch break.

PUCC 2020 Conference Reception @ Howl at the Moon! 

$10,000

  • Acknowledgment of support in conference program
  • Signage around reception venue
  • Logo on reception invitation and all event communication to participants

Lunch & Learn $7,500

  • One Lunch & Learn available per day of conference
  • Supporting company to provide an education lecture/discussion during one-hour lunch break with participants (NO CME for these events). Participants will have the option of a walk-away lunch. Lunch content must be approved by PM Pediatrics.
  • Supporting company to provide speaker
  • Acknowledgment of support in conference program
  • Signage around lunch venue

 

SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES

Breakfast $5,000

  • One breakfast available per day, excluding Day One of the conference
  • Signage around breakfast venue
  • Acknowledgment of support in conference program
  • Logo on all communications regarding breakfast

Coffee Break $3,500/Day, $10,000/All Three days

  • Supporting company may provide napkins, coffee cups, etc., with their logo
  • One coffee break available per day
  • Signage around coffee break setup
  • Acknowledgment of support in conference program
  • Supporting company may provide napkins, coffee cups, etc., with their logo

Wi-Fi $5,000

  • Acknowledgment of support on all information regarding Wi-Fi access
  • Acknowledgment of support in conference program

Tote Bag $2,500 (and provide approx. 200 tote bags)

  • All participants receive a tote bag
  • Acknowledgment of support in conference program

Water Bottle $2,000 (and provide approx. 200 water bottles)

  • All participants receive a water bottle
  • Acknowledgment of support in conference program

Pen $1,000 (and provide approx. 200 pens)

  • All participants receive a pen
  • Acknowledgment of support in conference program
